Getting back into it

It's been a long time since I updated my website. But seems like it's the right time to get back into the swing. Lots of good stuff has happened the past few months. Music continues to be played, and Diddley Bows are being built. What is a diddleybow? It's a old blues instrument with one string, played with a slide. I have started building them in my spare time, and now they are selling like hotcakes. I have even starred in three e-cards through e-motioncards.com playing the diddleybow. Who would have thought?

I am very excited to announce a 10-day tour to kick off summer with The Sloan River Project, a melding of musical talent from TN, NC, and VA. The band features myself, Josh Edwards on guitar and vocals, Steven Hopkins on lead guitar and vocals, Drew Courtright on drums, and Ben Hackett on bass. We'll be kicking off in Roanoke(location TBA), heading to NC, GA, and then TN, and back to NC. Check out the "Dates" Page for full tour details. Hope we'll see you out there!
